because of the human decency and respect for good hard working American citizens in which DYFS OF NEW JERSEY cps workers within these offices clearly devoids,you have children suffering immensely because of this being torn right from their beds and on family outings/vacations….
you have good loving mothers and i cannot forget about the loyal good hard working drug and alcohol free focus in life good dads,caretakers all hideously being violated irreparably so,in the U.S.Courts.
and something more needs to be done in congress as all other inmates in prison are doing things that they were not suppose to OR innocent at that,but yet hear our dyfs/cps workers being allowed to commit CRIMES –IN HOUSE,and behind closed doors,
as i am going to continue to articulate,and exercise my first amendment rights without trepidation without anything or anyone precluding me when I am speaking what MANY HAS ALWAYS WANTED TO SAY,but just did not out of fear and or intimidation by DYFS BUT They do not scare me.
Not in th least as they KNOW AT LEAST in my case they are busted.
I shall continue to fight back against DYFS OF N.J. exposing their grossly mendacity their repeated lies and lobbying against here in my state and others lobbying against,pushing for stiffer penalties for these most damaging violations,
I am prepare to take this as far as washington supreme court in 2008 IF vital. To see that those who commit perjury and crimes even in our government office,should be treated the same as those in prison and out,NO SPECIAL TREATMENT.

As one must ask as recently mentioned in the appeal/supreme courts RIGHT HERE in N.J:
where does permissible discipline in the home BEGIN and end?
because of this crucial question as even questioned by those in the supreme court(s)recently this has all prompt this mother to assert her child’s right by filing a much needed federal and state lawsuit,for damaged against all whose violated her in the most nefarious way where as one light act of discipline should not constitute a father,a mother from losing full custodial rights to their children,should NOT cause a child to commit suicide and or attempt to,and arson.
1 light simple spanking by this new jersey mother turned civil rights advocate soon to be new author releasing her book very shortly ONE SPANKING Light in nature,leaving NO BRUISES NO SERIOUS INJURIES NO PERMANENT SCARRING,AND OR TEMPORARY,
has resulted in conspiracy,numerous violations,infinitude in nature ongoing intentional infliction of emotional harm to child and the parent by immediate removal WITHOUT COURT ORDER,no judicial authorization, and continually barring mother from child indefinitely WITHOUT ever proposing any type of termination hearing to terminate the mother rights,under law.
No termination hearing ever being proposed by the courts, but yet executed illegally by these disorganized and incompetent cps workers thus,they continually try to praise their actions and say they are looking out and protecting america’s children and here in N.J.
They praise themselves on continuity and HONOR and working within the LAWS of the federal and or state courts regarding protecting”america”and the states most vulnerable,the children.
Little do they know that one parent with the intelligence,legal savvy herself,turned motivator detective law student is about to turn her pain that cps brought into her life and children without warning,to a plethora of evidence “disproving that very statement by DYFS/CPS.”
They “are all assuming that we are too broke $$$ and just too dumb too ineffectual and that we can’t fight back and discover just how corrupt they truly are they think we are unintelligible,
Not able to conduct ourselves in a in a professional manner when conducting ourselves with these inhumane,baby snatchers,as this is where i am going to enjoy and continue to discover their fraud in my case and prove them all wrong in court again any day now.
these workers prove continually to be incompetent,disorganized in each state and here in nyc new jersey area and i am about to prove that they are even “behind the scenes”even criminal.
i have discovered through determination,hard work,taking time off from the office,small loan for simple online tools,supplies,became my own investigator to see to it i am vindicated,

Dyfs says mother “beat”then mother”hit”child causing “extensive” and serious injuries,but yet dyfs does not question as to if these injuries were “so severe in nature”as grandmother cathy spencer Roberts in plainfield,nj states on the hotline at 1-877-N.J.Abuse,if these injuries allegedly that are “in consistent”with METAL hard object,such as a metal hanger,then “why”didn’t grandma,
her ex heroine addict son Kevin (my ex spouse for years) and his on and off again at the time Jennifer Medford(EMT WORKER)why wouldn’t you “rush”daughter to the NEAREST ER,
to get the proper medical immediate assistance,external and internal type of examination?
DYFS FAILS TO QUESTION GRANDMA,EX HEROINE ADDICT FATHER AND EMT Worker girlfriend who herself failed to report this immediately as required by law,her herself soon shall be sued as well,but yet here goes DYFS BELIEVING”AS ALWAYS”one side never speaking with mom on any of these serious allegations….instead,dyfs the “next day” a whole 24 hours later the NEXT DAY ALMOST IN THE AFTERNOON takes child,
NOT DYFS but they allowed for the “family members”who could have been “suspect”themselves with such a serious drug heroine and alcohol past,with DOMESTIC violence within this house NOW verified,they themselves were actually “allowed to drive child to the “out of town”much farther hospital”and turns out mother NOW verifies,this place is NOT A PLACE(verified on recording)by DYFS OWN STAFF,this is NOT THE TYPE OF PLACE you will take “injured N.J. child to” as it is a adult office,NOT HOSPITAL,who sees ADULTS MOSTLY AND NOT CHILDREN”and furthermore,this “place” this non-hospital called Medemerge in Greenbrook,N.J.does not,NEVER investigates a child for such staind issues,such as alleged abuse, (all on recording) for my lawsuit and more tapes NOT mentioning here right now,but more being said in the book on all of this…
DYFS HAS ALLOWED THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR OWN CASEWORKERS,to do all of this JUST TO ILLEGALLY confiscate the girls,and label their action as”child is in imminent”danger.
But yet imminent danger as you see is NOT WAITING almost 24 hours,you rush that child to nearest hospital,not”far away out of town”non-hospital, where the doc is the family doctor of the dads,and or knows the mother cathy spencer Roberts,
(the paternal grandmother)lives in plainfield near the father girlfriend Jennifer Medford home and ONLY few or less minutes from a big hospital called Muhlenberg fully equipped to PROPERLY analyze child abuse and neglect especially by some type of METAL HARD TYPE OF OBJECT used to allegedly injure child.
Dyfs indubitably by the illegal use and submission of these fraudulent and or altered, falsified medical documents obtained forwarded to judge William Daniel in union county,N.J.to improperly and dishonestly seized two sweet little girls will leave most readers confounded at the fact you have a state/federal government agency whose able too get away with this for “SO LONG” as not only false documents these inhumane souls used,but also implanted false memory of abuse in their heads at only 10 and 7 yrs old,where as the girls went from playing with cousins so innocently,riding bikes,ballet dance music,writing songs with momto being subjected courtesy of CPS/DYFS,
to suicide,attempted suicide,drugs,medication(s)and abandoned all before 12/13 years old.
this is what CPS CALL”PROTECTING AMERICA’s Children” THIS is what happens to such a young girl,when you place her in a home and cut her off unilaterally from her OWN MOTHER THE MOTHERS FAMILY IN WHICH SHE GREW UP WITH SINCE DAY ONE OF BIRTH,
Then kidnap her on falsified and unproven allegations,preclude her unlawfully from ALL who always have loved her protected her and raised her to a place like plainfield,new jersey,home of HIGH CRIME bad areas as many know and worse a father whose known for AND CONVICTED OF heroine use repeated felonies NOT just heroine like this is not bad enough but paraphernalia,needles syringe,and robberies,a long and large history of drugs,simply because of hate biascy and criminal activity all courtesy of DYFS OF UNION COUNTY NEW JERSEY. My daughter is severely damaged and NO COUNSELING FROM “DYFS” PAID THERAPIST,SHALL CORRECT THIS,NONE… YOU RAPED HER AND HER MOTHER REPEATEDLY AS THE COURT SYSTEM.
Your raping us of our dignity our faith in FAMILY and belief in family as rape is ugly and inhumane souls are usually the one doing it,and this DYFS OF N.J.is how I think of you and I am NOT ALONE.
You are and have destroyed innocent lives forever,robbing us of all mother and daughter interaction which is needed with two little girls they NEED their mother and you have and shall finally pay for all of your destruction you have brought DYFS to our family.
You have degraded humiliated us DYFS OF N.J. and causing of unconceivable inexplicable agony daily.
All for the sole purpose of giving them a life with a man, cannot really call him a man but a GUY WHOSE AS despicable as they come as his history reveals,living currently with (NOW confirmed) with a woman who herself is a EMT WORKER,BUT YET GLORIYING BEING A ALCOHOLIC her whole life and she is actually proud she says of this?
Jennifer Medford goes on to concede,from her OWN words:’
I am glad I’ve remained”drunk”my whole entire life and my thirties,since my LIFE is not worth SH-t and I do need alcohol to “raise”and take care of my two girls and also my “husband”two girls,
These are the type of people who DYFS FEELS ARE FIT to raise my girls..i as their mother never touched any type of DRUGS,LET ALONE BEING DRUNK REPEATEDY,never even took one sip of beer or any alcohol,which therefore me living how I am defining makes me better then she will EVER BE AND MY EX SPOUSE,THANK GOD.
Now the outcome of DYFS ILLEGAL removal?
Daughter commits attempts,suicide,not once but continually since age 11 years old,now 14,
my youngest (have proof)says she “cries”her self to sleep each night since her mother is not with her any longer,since they CANNOT COME HOME,She was so young but KNOWS who truly love her and she will hate her father after this experts are stating if they don’t already hate him.
All media and Experts whose viewing each chapter of the book is repeatedly saying to me that:
this is what happens when you rob a child of their most PRECIOUS gift in life, a healthy loving parent.
A good mother good fathers are minimal in my opinion,and i was one of the GOOD ones,and to be able to cause so much heartache,so much pain,and distress to one family,should be outlawed,should be staind consequences,for those who work in government and violate profusely,as these social workers have done with this one loving famly who did not ASK for the rights to be violated, who did not ASK to be seperated during weekend visit to grandma’s.
who did not ASK TO HAVE ALL OF THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS,repetitively violated.
these severe illicit fallible caseworkers with NO SHAME,NO HEART,they all will be sued finally.
NO DIGNITY,and respect for the innocent but all of my hard work investigating shall finally pay off in federal court,and my girls will be able to live once again in harmony and peace with their rightful parent where as the damage they have caused us shall not leave anytime soon as it is irreparable what CPS has done to us but at least through ALL the pain and plethora of violations courtesy of CPS/DYFS,i am now able to disprove their version of “what really happened”in my home as it gets NO BETTER then having full proof recordings,audio and tested paperwork,statements all validated to prove your innocence.
Attorneys continue to be left mesmerized by my positive force,strength to go on and prove this illegal action brought on by our own government in family court as most as history shows were not able to do and i am.

HAS MET THE WRONG PARENT as so many say jokingly but this is true,
as i now believe this the more i am delving into my case day and night.they really have not met ANY PARENT,get so close to exposing these nefarious inhumane souls as i and i deeply believe this and using it to my advantage, as i shall finally get justice......
but the pain of what they have done to me and my family remains irreparable….
